WITH AN APÉRO INSPIRATION: ‘CONCERT OF WILD ANIMALS – of essence, power and resonance!’

At Stump’s Alpenrose, the hunter supplies the kitchen with 150 wild animals a year, fresh from the wild. Expert hands prepare this high-quality, natural food ‘nose to tail’. The result is a kitchen that boasts both generous variety and limited exclusivity. The latter serves as the starting point for creating a multi-course gourmet menu, allowing connoisseurs to savour dishes they won’t find on any standard game menu.

Anyone wishing to experience game in all its diversity will be guided by Roland Stump, host and hunter, into the wordless connection between man and animal; afterwards, a four-course feast of game unfolds at the buffet: diverse, regional, sensuous.
