At Stump's Alpenrose, the hunter delivers 150 wild animals fresh from nature to the kitchen every year. Expert hands process this high-quality, natural food from nose to tail. The result is a kitchen that offers both generous variety and limited exclusivity. The latter is the starting point for the creation of a multi-course gourmet menu, allowing connoisseurs to taste dishes that are not found on any standard game menu.

Those who want to experience game in all its diversity will be guided by Roland Stump, host and hunter, into the wordless connection between humans and animals, after which a wild delight unfolds at the buffet in four courses: diverse, regional, sensual.

French, Italian, and root vegetable dressing
